TOPIC: Facilitated Discussion Skills
Facilitators are part of any training team and their role is unique as they guide sessions to enhance workplace knowledge; promote sharing of best practices and promote excellence in organizational development.
This workshop will provide the tools and strategies to enable the Facilitator to lead networking sessions in an informal environment which will provide facts related to the topic; stimulate discussion, provoke best practices, encourage meaningful ideas or solutions to professional development challenges, and further engage the participants’ relationship with their organization.
