I used the mentoring line yesterday - I e-mailed Mary Lou of Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital for board development "stuff". She was so helpful! She had what I needed: SIMPLE information on strategic planning for the Board. It's is one of the criteria of both the United Way and the LHIN that the Board has a strategic plan.
