A Community Memorial to remember those who have died due to the effects of
Mental Illness and Addictions
Date: Friday April 15th, 2011
Time: 6:30pm-9:30pm
(Memorial service, speaker, reflection and refreshments)
Location: Bronte Harbour Yacht Club, 2514 Lakeshore Rd. W Oakville
Cost: $10 suggested cover cost (please bring to the event)

picture (jpg.) and 6 key words to describe the person no later than, April 8th. This will
be made into a slide show that will play through-out the event.
